Dear fellow lawyers,

I have read in one news papers that, recently honble Supreme court of India passed an order regarding the following facts.

If a Bank employ, officer was dismissed or terminated by the Bank Management on finding him guilty under its internal enquiry disciplinary action, punishment awarded and forfeited all his dues from Bank such as gratuity, leave enacashment, employers PF contribution etc has to be released and even his pension due must be paid back to employee, including consideration of life  pension if he/she is eligible to it.

Please inform the case ID , and its actual possibility release of the forfeited funds from bank of the punished employee..
