In my 498a case last witness is not appearing for evidence from last 3 dates.
The status it says the summon issued to him received back unserved. He be again summoned for <date>.
All other witness evidence and examination has been completed. The case is blocked. Please suggest what can I do to speed up the case and unblock this blockage.
