Laws to follow when starting a new business staying abroad

Hi all experts, I really appreciate any kind of help you provide to support my decision making process.

I'm currently working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and would like to start a new business in India by staying here. Is it possible to start a business on my name while I can't be there in India during the registering processes?

Commence the incorporation procedure, taking the name of a local resident as your POA for the present.  There are several organizations that can make turnkey projects and for a fee, they can arrange any project right from inception to marketing.

Thanks Prasad Sir for your valuable advice. I would like to know some more things related to it. Can I make my wife as POA of the new business? And how long I can make one as a POA, is there any time duration for that? I'm asking this because currently I'm working in a maid visa service providing company (here) where I'm having a contract of 2 years. I can only return after reaching out that contract period, so if I can make my wife POA for that long I think it will be useful to proceed with my plans.

Also, can you please explain some more details about turnkey projects? I have no clear idea of how it works.

You can very well appoint your wife s your POA agent to look after your business that you propose to start now or you can even appoint  manager to look after your business during your absence on the terms of employment or can appoint a re taker to take care of your business during your absence nd to render proper accounts to you as per the care taker agreement.
