Lawsuit against sub registrar

Sir, Sub Registrar has Revoked Unconditional Gift Deed and Executed a Sale Deed

Same Day on 2010 oct

Donor has gifted the AG Land in 2005,

Donne, to avoid stamp duty charges, registered the AG land through Unconditional Gift Deed

 

And donor has given the position to Donne since then and land records has transferred to Donne since then

 

Donne has Land Records, Position and loans Ag from SBI bank

 

Donne has filed suit against the Donor in District Court

 

Sir,   Sub- Registrar as taken Bribe to Revocate gift deed and to execute sale deed

        

Donne wants to  Fight against  Sub- Registrar

 

Please Help us in which way we file a Lawful suit against Sub- Registrar

 

 In which Court we have to file a Lawful suit against Sub- Registrar

You cannot file a suit against the sub registrar.  He has done his duty he cannot be stopped by performing his official duty.  If you want to challenge the revocation of gift deed you file a suit for declaration on the gift deed wihch was executed in your name.
