He who passes law degree is a Lawyer while he who gets himself enrolled in Bar Council is an Advocate.

The word Advocate is usually used for a lawyer only. This is a person who has completed law degree and eligible to stand in the court on behalf of his/her clients. A person who is still pursuing law / LLB is called Lawyer. This person is not eligible to stand in the court to put the stand of his/her clients. Adv. Arshad Ali Zaidi Mobile No. 9719775005
