dear sir,
i have kept my house for lease on may 2012 up to 11 months but now i m not satisfied with my tenants always making noise and first they said only four members but many relations are coming and staying.. now i want to vacate them so pls guide what should i do?

If tenant not fill-up the condition metion in lease deed then u give a notice for vacate the premises, but first u check a condition of notice period then give notice.
