        WITHOUT REGITRATION  IT IS ADMMISIBLE BY THE COURTS AS EVIDENCE .

Franching on any agreement paper is equalent to stamp paper. Registration is depending

upon the type of document. As evidence it is acceptable in the court.

The Stamp Duty is paid by Franking stamp on the Document  - payment of Stamp Duty is  complied - Registration of the Document  is necessary or not  ? - nature of Docuemtn as per the Sec 17 of the Indian Regisdtration  Act whther it required to be registered or not  to be considered accordigly !

Frankling of stamp duty only means that the stamp paper has been purchased on that date only The other legal requirements are always there,
