1.My husband has a son from his first marriage. What is the legal process for me to adop the child or should i need to take a concent from the mother. In future, for any documents can i give my name as mother?
2. His divorce was an ex parte granted on the grounds of abandonment ( as his ex wife didnt turned up for the court ) but his divorce decree is silent about custody of his child.
3. We came to know that his ex wife also got married and she never calimed for the coustody.
