Legal help Against my previous employer Fowler Westrup

Hi,

I was employed in the Company Called FOWLER WESTRUP in Bangalore on 08.08.2008.They said that i have to go their Partner company in UK called RADIX for about 6 months.also said i have to sign a bond for 3 yrs.

The Company said i will be given training , but  i was not given ny training , i made to work all the works available there. The Allowance paid also was very less (20 pounds / day) , but as per the travel policy they have to pay me around 90 pounds / day.

After 6 months of work there , they sent me again on a 2 year visa , wich i said i wont go unless i should be paid more allowance. but they convinced me & sent again. There i was given work to lift heavy materials by hand & no help offerred from my colleagues there.due to this my health went bad.then i returned to india & asked for leave , but the company did not gave a single day leave.

Then finally i left the company by convincing the manager & after that i reached my home town , Consulted a doctor & submitted doctor certificate to the company , but they didnt accept it , finally they sent a legal notice asking 14 lakhs. i also replied them , but they filed the case in the court asking final amount of 5 lakhs.
