Hello, Learned Counsel!
One of my neighbour is working in the private firm and he got selected in the central government job. He prior informed to his current working place about his resignation due to his selection in the central government job for that he wanted all his documents back but they did not give him back all the documents in the specified time due to which he lost his job. What kind of legal remedy is available to him?
