Legality of working in an LPO as an enrolled advocate

Hi,

Is it permissible for an enrolled advocate to work in an LPO, serving international clients in a paralegal capacity?

I have received two different answers from two different senior advocates whom I know, and would like a clarification on the matter.

One of them said outright that it's not permitted for an enrolled advocate to be employed at an LPO, and the other said an enrolled advocate is permitted to keep his enrollment as long as he doesn't represent clients at Indian courts while being employed at any LPO.

Which one of these is correct?

Well if you are working as full time emplyee then you cannot practice as well, but if your job is like being advocate to represnt the compnay in courts to any compnay or just legal  advisor to company but not as permanant employee that is no problem.
