Law of limitation or Limitation act ? Former is applicable to every legal action and later is applicable to proceedings for which limitation has not been provided in concerned statute.

Limitation for main proceedings have been provided under LA Act itself. Kindly check if limitation for restoration is also provided under LA Act? If not, art. 122 of limitation  Act will apply which prescribes 30 days time.
