I would like to start a LLP firm. Pl let me have a Model LLP Partnership deed and also the Pros and cons of the same compared to conventional Partnership.

Please approach a good lawyer, chartered accountant, Company Secretary and/or professional, who will do this job for you and tell him about the conditions, no. of partners, capital invested by parnters etc and moreover registration with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India so that you can get proper certificate of Registration or incorporation
