I want to purchase a flat. i have taken all the tax receipts, photocopy of the sale deed dated 2006 between the previous owner and the builder, and plot approval of the flat. I have paid a percentage of amount as advance and wanna go for housing loan for the remaining amount.
The bank is asking me a document mentioned in sale deed which occured in the year 1989. which conveys the title of ownership of the land till 2006. as the bank has procedure for checking the land ownership for last 13years. as there is no other document in between 2006 and 1989. he is asking to get the document. the owner is out of station. so, has to retrieve from the Sub registrar office only. So please help in telling me how much time does it take to retrieve a duplicate copy of link document from sub registrar office?
