In 2018 Court awarded a claim under 166 mv act to Four petitioner
1. deceased wife
2. Deceased minor son
3. Father of deceased
4 . Mother of deceased
the whole claim case operated by deceased parents as they thrown out the deceased son & wife from home in around 2014 . Also they withdrew little amount released by court from joint account without intimation to deceased wife and son. In 2020 They filed execution without intimation to deceased wife & son by falsely forging duplicate signature but still claim has not been executed yet.
father of deceased is former govt employee & pensioner so he is not dependent on his son
My query is that what we could do prior to this situation now.
