Dear sir, I have some doubts regarding main list and the reserve panel. For example the main list was published for a recruitment on 18.02.2012 and subsequent reserve panel was not published simultaneously at that time, and appointment against the main list was made on 29.04.2013. Subsequent reserve panel was published on 28.11.2014 i.e., after 2 years and appointment was made on 18.02.2015. Is it valid. In this scenario, can a candidate from reserve list can ride over against a candidate from main list based on marks.
