How to cancel the Maintenance Demand asked by a Disabled Wife, from a Disabled Husband, who earns low income too? The marriage lasted for 3 months and husband got Anticipatory Bail in 498-A case. All the blames are just to harass boy & his family. The girl is educated & can earn money while sitting at home, now demanding for Maintenance amout. Boys family don't have any evidence of girl's education,etc. Please guide. Thanks.

when the disabled husband has no viable sustainable income how he will be able to pay the maintenance that may be the reason the disabled girl chose to go for divorce when so how the husband with any meaningful resurce will be able to meetthe maintenance beyond a certain level is the argument you have to aduce
