The court would decide on a specific amount say Rs 10,000 at your present salary and would not state a percentage like 30 % or 40 % . Later on your ex- lover girl comes to know that your salary has risen to double, her desire and greed to abstract more from you would be there. In a similar manner when our time for increment comes dont we expect more and more ??

Than her counsel would suggest ex- lover girl  to approach the court  under change of circumstances for a revision in maintenance amount as the mainteance awarded is not sufficient over the years , since he  too has to earn his fees as this is his bread and butter and he too has to survive as the more no of cases he gets the more fees he earns smiley
