Nowadays, the problem of rising maintenance is an issue in flats of Kolkata. And few well to do owners are increasing the cost of maintenance through AGM reoslution without taking any measures of letting out common areas.
Is there any law in West Bengal which can restrict associations on the maintenance costs ? or it can be increased to any limit through an AGM resolution
