Read Sec. 125 and the judgments. As stated by you the wife has lot of means and she can maintain herself. Probably in you case the husband must be a poor fellow

Section 125 itself says that if she is not able to survive and not earning hand. So your lawyer will easily quate lots of supreme court judgments or contest on the contents of 125.

Sec. 125 crpc specifically lays out that only the wife is uanble to maintain hereself, she is entitled to get maintenance. If wife has sufficient means of earning, she will not get maintenance allowance.
