WIFE file complaint u/s 125 of CRPC and then after file maintenance application under the prevention of d.v. act
at there any supreme court and/or other INDIAN HIGH COURT citation regarding that when the trial court do any order in under section 125 with the observation of other maintenance application's order?
the opponent person is only one the husband and two maintenance order? how's is possible ... but anyway what the proper citation for the said situation ?
