Marriage certificate

Get a marriage certificate from  Jharkhand and you can get it within a day also if someone makes the prior arrangement.  The essentials are Date of Birth certificates of the spouses, Aadhar cards, three photos (exchanging garlands, sutradharan, Holy pyre), two witnesses, marriage hall certificate, wedding card.  When you can get the certificate within a day, get the same and let the certificate be in order in all respects.

You need to get the certificate from the local body (Pachayat, Municipality or the Corporation) at the place where the marriage was solemnised. However, have you registered the  maariage at the local body. If not, you carry out the registration process.

Do either of you (yourself of your wife) have any proof of residence in MP at the time of registration of marriage? If yes, it can be registered there also. 

The norms in force in Kerala is that marraige should be registered at the place it is solemnised. And both the bride and bridegroom need to be physically present in the local body office for the registration to be carried out. Once it is registered, anyone else could be authorised to get the certificate.

It is not known whether the norms in other States are different.

The post was about obtaining marriage certificate from a different state.  You have intruded to an entirely different issue matter and posted altogether a different query not connected with marriage certificate.

Coming to issuing of CC, unless the entire dues are cleared, the rules can not permit issuing such any certificate to a builder by authorities.  This is applicable for each and every certificate from the public authority.   While issuing certificates the first thing they have to do is to settle the account first..  After getting a clearance certificate from Accounts officer only on such application form, further processing begins.
