Matrimonial case (Section 13B, Mutual Divorce)

What happens in a matrimonial case (u/s 13B, Mutual Divorce) if a judge retired just before the stage of the case is "Hearing" after Reconciliation? Please help.

Why did you not ask this question from your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances, an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy and answer this question paper?

The case will, be continued by the succeeding presiding judicial officer of the court where this case is conducted.

There is nothing to be worried, a successor will be posted sooner in the place of the retiring judge.
