i want to filing a money suit. which is about my father's business pendig bill . father died 3 yers ago. he supplied furnace oil in a factory . factory owner did not pay the pending bill. now i as a plaintiff wanna money suit filling. how its possibility to recover money and is there any restriction?

any money claim ( Suit) should be filed with 3 years from the date the money payable/ recoverable fell due.in other words from the date of supply in your case for example if supply was made on 1.1.2010 period of limitation for filing suit will expire on 31.12.2013 It seems that your father died 3 years ago and no correspondence has been made with the purchaser. If at any point of ime between this period he has acknowldge the dues you should file suit within limitation period. i
