Respected Experts,

My client/injured person presently in Coma stage/unconscious stage. That he injured by an severe Accident at about 3 months back. He admitted in hospitals and taken treatment therein and my client relations spent huge monies but not recovered well.

Presently he is taking treatement at house. He loss his memory. The treatment of the injured person is at about Rs.1000/-. There is no hopeless to recover. My suggesstion whether Lrs or intersting persons can file M.V.O.P on behalf of injured person or not, otherwise if any procedure, please help me.

SMALL CORRECTION MY SUGGESTION : The treatment of Injured person is about Rs.1,000/- per day

At present LRs cannot file the case, but they can file it as next friend.
