Last week I applied for a passport through the nearest SpeedPost Office. A week later when I checked the status it ia showing no ino available. Now, I actually need the passport before June but now I feel that I should not hope to get the passpoert in time ( NOTE: with the West Bengal assembly elections work becomes even slower).
So I have decided to apply for a Tatkal passport.
I want to know whether I can apply for the passport under tatkal scheme with one application already under way. And if yes then do I have to withdraw the earlier application.
