Name in school certificates : NAGARAJA K G
Name expansion : NAGARAJA KUMBLE GOPALAKRISHNA
Wanted to change the name as : NAGARAJA KUMBLE
In the above case is it required to go through the Notary for affidavit, publishing in news paper & govt. Gazette.
Pls advice.
