Dear Experts,
my 498a case is on stay in HC, i went to quash my parents and sisters names in HC and my lawyer got stay and he is not ready to revoke so it is stayed in HC since 2 years, except me all 4 names went for quashing since my name is not in the list i'm attending lower court on regular dates i really vexed roaming around the court from last 7 years so last two dates i didnt appeared but checking the status in ecourts site it says "FRAMING OF CHARGE OR PLEA" but no indication of NBW on my name.
my question is when the case is on stay on 4 members does the lower court has right to issue NBW on me for not attending the case?
