The NGO leader who was put under police custody  for 21 days without   telling his whereabouts to hisfamily and others on fake or false FIR  charges of Section 66A(already quashed by Supreme Court) 294b and 420 IPC is highly malicious  arbitrary false and  baseless charges cannot stand judicial scrutiny. You can file  EITHER A WRIT  OF MANDAMUS OR WRIT OF /CERTIORARI IN  HIGH COURT TO GET THE FAKE/FALSE FIR  QUASHED ON THE ABOVE GROUNDS VIOLATINFG  YOUR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS  TO FREEDOM  MOVEMENT,under Article 19(1) DIGNITY, RIGHT TO LIFE AND PERSONAL LIBERTY ETC(UNDER aRT 21)OF THE  CONSTITUTION.You've no other alternate remedy except the quick andd efficacious remedy of writs in the Highcourt
