Need clarity on property lease

Hi All,

I need some clarification on the property (LAND) lease. Please help on the same.

Details of the issue:

1. Person A is willing to his property (LAND) for lease to person B for a period of 10 years.

2. Both the persons made agreement on the stamp papers and person A  and person B and other witness also signed on stamp papers.

3. Now my  question is , in the above case, the stamp papers (the stamp papers on which agreement made) were issued to person A (on the top stamp papers it is clearly mentioned that stamp paers issued to person A)  because he is the one purchased stamp papers.

will it create any issues to person B? Is there any law which mandates on whose name the stamp papers needs to be issued?

stamp papers have to be on the name of parties . in your case agreement is between A and B . if stamp paper is in name  of A one of the parties you are safe . no problems
