I have lodged a complaint in consumer court against travel agent on deficiency of service. Court issued notice to travel agent however notices were returned back with reason Door locked.
Presently Travel agent is in policy custody on fraud case. Consumer court is saying until notice is received by oppostie party, court will not take any action. Since oppostire party is in jail and his residence or office addresses are locked out, Court is not taking any step and court suggested me to take some action on this before next hearing which is in next month.

My humble request to you is to help me on this condition, next hearing is in next month,I need to provide some information to court otherwise Judge wil close this case as opposite party did not receive notice from court.
