Need suggestion to get the salary details for maintenence

My friend's husband has filed a divorce case and the case is active now for 3 yrs. He is an engineer earning more than 25 lakhs per annum. But he has not maintained his wife and girl child for these three years. His wife(my friend) is not working. He has married another lady while the divorce case is still proceeding. He is approaching for an out of court settlement for a very less amount of 10 lakh. Anyone please advise me, is it possible to get his current salary slip and property details in any way to file a maintenance case.

case is active for past 3yrs and still maintenance is not decided, why ?

what is the qualification of the wife ?

Did you file case for 2nd marriage of the husband without divorcing the first wife ?

what is the settlement amount expected by wife ? These details are required to know case properly and advice

Hire a private detective, its easy to get these details if you can shell out money.

If you know the Company he works, ask through the Court to submit his salary slips via HR department.

Marrying another women without proper divorce leads to bigamy and is punishable under law for 7 Years (I guess)

Better to negotiate or bargain and get the settlement done. No point in roaming courts..

If private job - no salary details can be gotten. Nothing much can be proved in court, Only of govt job then can get details.  Private company job today there tmrw not there.  Better to reconcile with opposite party.

She has to file maintenance case for herself and the child under Section 125 cr.p.c.   In that case, she has to move application seeking direction that husband has to file the salary details, bank statements and IT returns for the last 3 years.  the court will direct him and he will produce the same.
