Wow Very good news that you said ,2 days back UP police was ordered not to arrest anyone under 498a without proper investigation and proof. hope this gets implemented in true spirit. otherwise UP and bihar are jungleraj BIMARU states.

Hi Rajkumar- I m agree with in the date of todsy, 98% cases are fake,now these days every one is living seprately but all are nominated in this case by wife. why don't know, if the understanding of wife is not fit with Hunsband then they go for DV mutually instead of cases against all inlaw Regards Nitin
