New manufacturing Industries

a) First you need to make a project report i.e. DPR.

b) After DPR you can go for Land acquisition.

c) SImultaneously you can have to register your company if it is approved.

d) You need to get following clearance also:

             (i) Ministry of Labour (Labour commissioner approval), which comprises Payment of Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, Gratuity Act, means you have to abide by the following rules.

e) Environmenmt clearance is also necessary.

f) If you decide to import material then you will be governed by FEMA
