Employee (Pride Info) (Ex-Employee)     03 June 2014

No salary after 2 month job done

Hi Experts,

This is to state that, I am a ex-employee of PRIDE INFO TECHNOLOGIES- BANGALORE.

I joined this company in 05th Feb 2014 and worked honestly till 07th April 2014, i didn't get a single rupees during my full employment.

As a start-up company many were also joined the company due to huge package and after taking 2 month of service- didn't pay a single rupees to any-one.

Descripttion-

Joined company and working closely as per project, after completion of Feb, we all were waiting for salary, CEO told that, salary will be release in 07th day of each month.

We didn't get salary till 10th then again said due to financial issue, salary will come on next week, again no salary till 20th.

We all together decided to not work till salary, then CEO said that, due to financial year closing, we are facing difficulties to arrange money.... So definetly you all will get consolidated salary of two month (Feb + Mar) on April 07th.

Still we are not ready to work, so company issue a post dated consolidated salary cheque of two month. 07th April is mention on cheque. then as usual we start working.... :))

On 5th april evening we all get call individually from company head that, Don't deposit cheque, I will confirm the date soon...... :((

On 07th April, He said that- NEXT WEEK...................................................

So, from 7th April we leaved office by notify that, we will work only after salary...........................

Till today NEXT WEEK NEXT WEEK  is continue............................

Company Name- PRIDE INFO TECHNOLOGY (ERP S/W company)

CEO- MR. PRASAD HD - BANGALORE

Total employee- 10

Its not only the matter of Money but more about carrier.... during work period we all invested money, time and efforts….

As a evidence we have- offer letter, appointment letter, bank passbook, business card and also bounce cheque and many e-mails regarding salary delay...

So, Please-Please suggest us the valuable guideline to teach the fraud people who will think again to repeat our condition...

Thanks

1. Disclose your identity as no anonymous (like present) query is replied as per policy of LCI.

2. Issue legal notice through a local lawyer.

You can also submit your grievance to labour commissioner at the place where your office is located.

First approach a labor law practising lawyer, by narrating the entire episode to him and also producing the documentary evidences in yur possession, ask him to issue a legal notice to the employer, after that if you do not invoke any response from the employer, you may proceed with further legal actions namely, a complaint with the Labor commissioner etc.  Contact a lawyer immediately.
