Non Judicial Stamp Paper

Dear All !

 

Agreement mutualy taken in regard of maintenance and custody of child  between spouses on Non Judicial stamp paper duly witnessed by  the lawyers (petitioner & respondent) and notary.

If she breaks the agreement as taken, can the person initiate case on her.

Kindly let me know agreement taken on Non judicial stamp paper  is valid in the court of law or otherwise.

Kindly brief me in this regards please.

judicial stamps and stamp papers are required only for use in court proceedings - for decree, etc. Non-judicial stamp paper is the right one for execution of agreement and other documents and hence the document mentioned by you is perfectly valid.

if the document is proved by the evidence of the persons who have signed on it coupled with the evidence of persons present at the time of the execution, then it is  valid
