Non judicial stamp paper -return

Dear Sir,

I had booked a Flat and agreement has done last year, and registery of flat had to be after completion of flat.

now flat is ready and registration process is started.
I have given my thumb-impression(as purchaser) in one non judicial stamp paper (Rs.25000) , & others stamp paper is not used .  and not executed yet.

now my problem is i have to sell my flat to somebody else.

Can i get money back for non judicial stamp paper (Rs.25000) (therei have given thumb-impression)

any solution sir,  will full amount waste?

Unused  stamp papers can be surrendered... If you have put thumb impression it amounts that same has been used...
