HELLO FRIEND, it is very clear that you have joined the company two-month ago, but as per your information given by you is not complete. Whether you have got the joining letter, if you have got than what was the terms and conditions, what is your base and bridgesic wages, you have not explain your allowances is means that how much allowances they have given you, whether you have registered in the contribution of Provident fund and other compliances, on which post you have appointed or what was your designation in that company, that my simple view is that if you join the company as a rule then company cannot stop your payment and secondly the company cannot terminate you without any prior notice or any other rule which is mentioned in the appointment letter if you have got. So please collect your data is above and report to the Labour Commissioner or before the Labour Court where the jurisdiction is surviving. Friend if you have joined properly then the company cannot terminate you without any complemental obligations in law and if the company do so then the company will be liable to pay your salary with compensation as a rule. then you please go before the appropriate forum and file the appropriate application to get your right.
