Non payment of salary since 3 months

Dear Sir

I am a doctor working in offshore industry. My Previous employer Hajwane's Healthcare,Mumbai owes me salary for the month of April and May amounting to Rs.1,78,666/-.

I joined the company on contract basis 20th Feb 2013 as Ship Doctor. My contract duration was till 30june or completion of project.I worked offshore for 67 days and was relieved of my duty when the project was completed.

After completion of 1st month I did not recieve any salary I emailed the company numerous times unsuccessfully requesting timely payment of salary.Later on I threatened to quit if my salary is not paid.Following my threat the company transferred Rs.50,000/- in my account which was less than half of my expected salary. On enquiry and request of salary slip  I was told that this was only a part of my salary as consolation and my whole salary will be paid to me along with the salary slips once I reach onshore in April end.

When I reached onshore after completion of project I was told by the company's head that they have send my salary details to the accounts department and I will recieve my salary soon.Since then I have been contacting them every week and the only reply i get is that you will recieve your salary soon but I haven't recieved anything yet.

The company also offered me another job for a new project which I declined stating salary irregularities and I joined another company in Singapore.

Now the defaulter company is telling me to visit their office in Mumbai and on salary request I am getting the same reply that I will recieve my salary soon.

Please guide me what should I do to get my hard earned money from them.

Thanks

Salary delayed since Apr'13!! I resigned and now, all the salary pending since Apr'13 will be given in 45 days. Am I entitled to get delayed salary (For the MO Apr'13 and May'13 immediately?

Thanks,

first give a strong letter stating all the facts about payment and you have to receivable from company and tell them that within a week if you do not receive you will take legal action and send through a registered post acknowledge due and wait for ten days and if you do not receive the balance then issue a legal notice through a lawyer

because once if you go through strong words then they will come to you feet and also you can take media help to defraud the company is taking services and not paying the salary to their consultants

and for other query advise you to start a new thread so that you will get quick response (suyesh kant jha)

even you also can take the as per above said

Dear K.Mahesh

Thanks for your reply.

I had written to that company. His response was very negative,He told me that they have paid my salary in full.He says my salary is 30000 pm but the agreed salary was 80000 per month. He had earlier taken my signature in a  letter which stated my salary as 80000 pm but did not issue that letter to me.He later on issued me an appointment letter in which salary details are not mentioned.

When he paid me 50,000 in march i emailed him back that this was only partial salary and he accepted it and replied that yes this is only partial salary and i will recieve my full salary once i m onshore.

Please guide me further
