One time maintenance through affidavit

Husband wants to give one time maintenance to his wife. She needs it immediately (5/6 days). (And Application under 125 will take long time to come on board or settle)  On the same day, they are going to file application under 13B. He wants to make affidavit of his wife that he paid her one time maintenance. Is it sufficient to take only affidavit on oath of her wife?

Are you really a Director ? go get a lawyer. Why are you coming under pressure just bcos your wife wants money immediately. It could be a trap , wake up. Safeguard yourself by following a proper legal Mutual consent divorce.

work out the mou specifying the clause that  alimony would be paid only during  the second motion of mcd in the presence of judge

for paying maintenance to your wife you do not require any court order but if that maintenance is less and if you are not maintaininig then ony your wife will go to court for her maintenance

here you mentioned that one time maintenance and what is this one time maintenance

normally one time alimony is paid to settle the divorce issue at the final hearing or mention in the affidavit which will be drafted after discussing all the points and after divorce her maintenance thorugh this one time alimony and in your query you said that one time maintenance(one time alimony) before filing 13b is not suggested with any affidavit
