Online hearing during covid

What are rules of hearing for 498A , or any other criminal matter, during COVID ?

Can I give statements to police while I am online, from home ?

Can I ask the court for an (online) hearing date?

Can I testify in court remotely from home via video conference ?

Will the other party accept video conference hearings, or can they deny (in order to avoid) the same ?

Please suggest.

Have you engaged a professional for representing your case and also reside in the same place where your case is posted?  What is the present case and status of proceeding?   Oline hearing is permitted only in extraordinary situations and on specific grounds for choosing the options and the discretion is to court.  Normally for such cases court may not permit as this is only option to parties and on line, hearing is not a mandate.to court.

Are you the complaiant/accused in such a case? If so, what is its present status?
