What is Out Of Order Petition? What is the procedure to be followed and under what section/order/rule it is to be filed and where and when?

Its a Petition praying court to take up case(main suit/petition etc.,) on the same day it is filed under civil rules of practice rule 57  The Andhra pradesh Civil Rules of Practice. Iam not sure of exact Provision in other states kindly refer to civil rules of Practice of your native state

out of order for taken action against the other parties(defendents/respondents) to do something or not to do somthing, depending on situations. it is civil nature only.this petition filed 57 of civil rules of practice.
