Overnight Access of Minor Child

I was given to understand that a father will not get overnight access to the minor child. In my case the judge agreed. I am very concerned about my child. How can I oppose this order? The judge is not even willing to listen to our response which i find very strange.

@ Author,

Who gave you this understanding that FATHER is only a mere sperm donor and nothing else in the life of a minor child !

I am glad to hear Judge is not listening to your side of farce arguments (if you are a mother writer here then take this reply with pinch of salt otherwise if you are a father writing the above que. and seeking advise then don’t give up)

BTW if you are a women writer means mother than from my side hang unto death your husband if you have any and all kinds of issues against him but when it comes to minor child interaction / welfare then remove your stated notion once for all. A fatherless upbringing of a minor child is more grave and hurting to the very essence of a child overall growth than your fight in / out side Court with your husband so compartmentalize your issues and give nurturing growth to a minor child afterall he is the child’s father and was not a neighbour in your pre litigation life !
