Ownership of leased land

Dear Sir,

I am a MSW student I have a question what I am describing below:

A NGO given 1 acar of land to a teachers training college for 99 years, now the NGO themself want to esablish a same institute and want a part of leased land offered to the teachers training college earlier, teachers training college have excess land and they have no problem to transfer.

Now, the owner of land is the NGO.

Lease holder is the 'teachers training college'

Want to transfer on the name of proposed institute as a lease property.

My question is how the process can establish, means the steps.

Please help.

yours sincerely,

Dear Atanu,

I just want to confirm one thing, what you are saying is - The Lease Holder "Teacher Training College" wants to transfer the total 1 acre land or else some part of land. See As already NGO has given lease for 99 years to "Teacher Training College", so in this case the lease holder can transfer some extent of land to the proposed institute. This is called as Sub Lease, i.e,. nothing but Lease. You Can find the other details with SRO..
