I have a query about the PAID HOLIDAY, if i am on leave from 25, 26, 27 of Jan 2016, then am entitled to in getting 26 as a paid holiday and 25 & 27 as EL?

Yes you are eligible for 26 as the paid holiday and 25 and 27 as an EL.

In private firms all these will be dealt as per the service conditions / leave rules / standing orders.
In general in case of Casual leave / Sick leave the intervenieng Holidays / weekly offs are going to be part of leave hence you need to apply 3 days & in case of EL / PL the intervenieng W off / Holiday can not be considered as part of leave.
