Partition

Dear Sir,

My grand father died in December, 1990. In 1991 all uncle (two) and my father made a partition on plain paper (MOU) along with their signature in presence of one relative his signature is also in that paper. But i have only photostate of that MOU.

In 1993 my eldest uncle died. After his death their children is denying from that partition. Saying that all agricultural land is earned by my father.

All lands are in the name of our uncles. My grandfather has a big shop. My father was in Bank service.

Only once we got bataidari from agricultural land of ten years.

Now eldest uncle’s sons are threatening also.

My question is does MOU signed on plain paper by our uncle and my father have any relevance in court.

What step i have to take to get preoper partition paper in our name.

waiting for your valuable suggestion.
