My husband and his cousin brother are joint owners of the property. Now that they handle their business seperately and don't get along my husband wants a partition for which he got the deed ready. But the cousin is not signing the deed due to his own selfish reasons. Also, my husband is expanding his business so he requires the partition deed signed inorder to pledge the same as a collateral in order to get a loan from the bank.We are badly stuck. please advise of a way out.
