Under which Article / section(s) should a patent theft (before expiry of 31 mths) by a top automobile company be writ petitioned (PIP) (criminal) ?
Case: I entered into an agreement for transfer of technology related to automobile engine as against a sum of money as license fees for transfer of technology (online electronically). Post Agreement signature and transfer of technology,the company refused to pay the said amount amount and it remains upon the poor inventor to prove his case in Court,that too in Supreme Court of India (without experience) as the company is european topmost bracket company. Please advise.
