Pawna

I'm in the process of buying property at pawna in lonavala, could you please enlighten me about the do and don'ts of this area.

1. if it is not in the acquired category.

2.what documents to be checked.

3.notification not advertised as yet that this land is not required for pawna project.

4 how to check these documents.

Local counsels well versed with local rules/laws can help you.

 

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

NO.

You can search in LCI databank for local counsels and/or preferably inquire locally.

Probably you are mentionining a location in Maharashtra.
