Pay protection from psu to psu

Sir,

Earlier I was working for Mazagon dock in Gr 3 with regular pay of Rs 22532/- and grade pay of 1821/-. I had applied for BDL thru proper channel and selected for post in Gr3 only. Now presently working in BDL expecting a pay protection. But the personnel Dept in BDL had conveyed that my regular pay(Rs. 22532/-) only shall be protected and not my grade pay as grade pay is not applicable in BDL..

Because of this I may loose upto Rs. 4000/- per month,

Please help in this regard with suitable DPE guidelines for counter argument.

You have to make representation in writing to your department, exhaust the remedy available within the department and then approach the higher/competent authority to intervene in this issue as well as approach your union to intervene and get you justice if the law permits the situation.
